Non-residents of Grenada who wish to obtain citizenship of this jurisdiction within a few months can do so through investment.

There are two ways to invest in the Grenada economy through the citizenship by investment program:

1. Investing in real estate in Grenada. This includes hotels, villas and resorts. The real estate project must be from the list approved by the Government. Applicants must invest at least $350,000 (for a family of four). The state fee is $50,000.
2. Donations to the National Fund for Change. The National Transformation Fund was established in 2013 as a means to transform Grenada's economy and increase its prosperity and independence. NTF funds various projects in many sectors, including tourism, agriculture and alternative energy. Applicants must donate at least $150,000 to the Fund per applicant or family of up to four — $200,000.
