What do you need to pay tax?
- Payment reference: a code that is unique to your company and unique to the tax period.
- Business bank account or any bank card
Where can I find the payment reference?
If you have access to your company's personal account on the HMRC website, you can find this number in the Corporation Tax section.

If you do not have such access, we (or another accounting company that has access to your tax data) will provide you with this number.

- Open the page on the tax service website https://www.gov.uk/pay corporation-tax
- Click on the Pay now button

If you have a company account on the tax service website, we recommend that you log in. If not, you can continue without logging in:

Enter Payment reference:

Enter the amount to be paid according to the declaration (if you do not know, check with your accountant):

Select a payment method:
- You can pay through a bank. If the bank is supported, HMRC will redirect you to the bank in the next steps and fill out the payment order.

Direct Debit is the second option, available for accounts with British banks that support this payment method. In this case, the tax will be debited without acceptance.
- By bank card (personal or business).

If your bank is not on the list, click on the My account is not listed button and make a local transfer in pounds using the following details:
You can also go back and pay with a regular bank card (via the payment gateway).
The payment details will appear in the system within 1-3 business days.
